Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes, we offer trade discounts to purchasing companies, interior designers, and contractors once registered in our trade program.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping times are provided on the product page of the website.

What if I need my order sooner than the standard lead times?

Shipping options are available during checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping beyond the options provided at checkout. Lead times are listed on the product page of the website.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our facility, along with a tracking number for your convenience.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is not currently available. We only ship to domestic locations at this time.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We select carriers based on competitive rates and service areas. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier information and a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can request a shipping address change before your order is processed and shipped. Most companies allow changes within 24 hours of order placement, but this can vary depending on the order's status. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

No signature is required for delivery. If no one is available, the package will be left at your address according to the carrier’s standard delivery procedures. Please ensure your delivery location is secure to avoid potential theft or damage.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in unused, original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Do you offer product customization?

At this time, we do not offer customization options for our products.

Warranty & Support

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our products come with a 5-year warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
