Industrial Brands warrants all components
and hardware of its barn door kits against defects in workmanship and
materials, subject to normal wear and tear, for a period of five (5) years.
This warranty covers all hardware components, including the track, spacers,
anti-jump blocks, straps, stoppers, installation screws/bolts, and door guides.
This warranty does not apply if damage
occurs due to abuse, mishandling, improper installation or use, incidental or
accidental water and/or moisture exposure, or foreign matter such as drippings
from ceiling materials or paint. It also excludes damage caused by materials
placed on the back or edges of the product by others, and does not cover
discoloration or slight rusting of hardware installed within five (5) miles of
salt water.
Labor costs related to the removal,
re-installation, or replacement of defective products or parts are not covered
by this warranty. In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure of the
product, Industrial Brands will repair or replace the product at no charge
within thirty (30) days of receiving the defective item. Alternatively,
Industrial Brands reserves the right to offer a refund of the purchase price at
its discretion.

contact Industrial Brands’ Customer Service Department at
support@industrialbrands.com. This limited warranty is extended only to the
original purchaser and replaces all other warranties, including implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and excludes all
incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on the
duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages. Therefore, these limitations may not apply to you. For
